I don't have any snacks or eat between meals , usually only eat 1 meal a day but have decaf coffee/ water with lemon when ever i want it .

I was in a meeting this morning and someone brought donuts so I had a maple bar--very unusual for me--then later I will have fruit for snacks, my normal M.O.
