I had a HUGE salad with 2 cups mixed greens, 57g fresh broccoli, 91g baby carrots, 3.7 oz baked salmon (marinated in low sodium soy and garlic), vidalia onion dressing and a TB rice wine vinegar. Super filling and less than 400 calories.

98% of life is just showing up - I'm ready to start showing up for myself and stop living in my own shadow.

it's a "clean out the fridge" bowl: wild rice, black beans, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, scrambled egg, and a packet of soy sauce mixed up and steamed in the microwave. it's pretty yummy.

Went out for Vietnamese and had the best salad ever! It was greens, cilantro, shredded chicken, orange pieces, edemame, peanuts, and an orange ginger dressing.

Also had a summer roll, 2 crab rangoons, and tea
