I had a HUGE salad with 2 cups mixed greens, 57g fresh broccoli, 91g baby carrots, 3.7 oz baked salmon (marinated in low sodium soy and garlic), vidalia onion dressing and a TB rice wine vinegar. Super filling and less than 400 calories.
