Last night I had SP's Thai Turkey Salad and oh my was it EVER good! You guys have to try it! So filling and yummy and low in cals...

1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens, chilled
1 pound HONEY ROASTED DELI TURKEY BREAST, cut in thin strips
1 mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 Tablespoons lightly salted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Last night for dinner, I had:

Half of a Hatfield Maple Ham Steak
1 cup mashed potatoes
.5 cup green beans
.5 cup broccoli w/cheese sauce
2 glasses of water.

I'm 32 and 5'4". I'm back on SP to try and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. :)

I'll be having Noodles & Company tonight. Probably a bad call before weigh-in day tomorrow--b/c of all the sodium. But I get the Thai Curry Soup and order it light on the noodles, heavy on the veggies--add chicken for protein and I'll come in around 500-600 cals or so.

Last night I had 3 Reduced fat President's Choice Chicken Strips (150 cal, 5 g fat), 10 Baked Fries, and 2 tbsp ketchup and tbsp thai chili dipping sauce...

Makes me feel like I'm eating bad when really it's not that bad!

Salmon baked in orange juice with a honey mustard crust, and two grilled portabella mushrooms.

...and then a 1/2 cup of honey nut cheerios for dessert...

I definately need to be healthier!

We had tacos with extra lean beef, lots of veggies and salsa, and fat free sour cream. Unfortunately we used white flour instead of whole wheat flour tortillas, but in the grand scheme of things it was okay.

- Homemade pasta salad (whole-wheat pasta + grilled vegies +shrimp scampi)

- A couple of slices of lean baked ham

- Cup and a half of skim milk

- 2 cups spinach salad

I felt sooooooooooo crappy earlier (thank goodness for naps in warm beds, hot showers, hot tea and advil, I almost feel human now)...so I had my uber-comfort meal...Amy's Kitchen No-Chicken Noodle Soup (vegetarian) and a toasted tomato and cheese sandwich on whole wheat.
