I made myself a quinoa salad for tonight to take to work with me. I cooked the quinoa in water and chicken stock and then I added in some cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green peppers. Can't wait to eat it tonight!

Wednesday night I wasn't feeling well so I had Life Cereal with skim milk, a yogurt, and some bing cherries.
