1 1/2 cups of cauliflower, 1 cup of spinach leaves (shredded), and about 1/2 cup of turkey chili mixed together in a bowl. I wish I had a whole serving of the chili to use but that's what was left and it was SO tasty! I love mixing veggies with chili/chili beans. It compliments it.

Starting weight: 309.4
1st goal: 10.4 pounds, 299 by July 2, 2014 (met June 25th)
2nd goal: 30 pounds- 10% of remaining weight, 269 by October 15, 2014 (met September 24th)
3rd goal: 27 pounds- 10% of remaining weight, 242 by January 7, 2015 (met January 28th)
4th goal: 24 pounds: 10% of remaining weight, 218 by April 29, 2015
