My boyfriend loves chicken wings tossed in a hot sauce with garlic and parmesan..so I was inspired to make a baked chicken recipe based on this. Seasoned chicken breasts with cajun, crushed red pepper, garlic, and red hot..then coated them with greek yogurt (with red hot mixed in), and then pressed them into a panko/parmesan blend...YUM! It was a hit :) Paired with steamed broccoli and veggie fried rice.

Shrimp and broccoli sauteed with garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Served over whole wheat bow tie pasta. Interesting how my pantry items have changed. Before, if I wanted to eat something that I had on hand, it would have been chips, ice cream, and cake.
