I have 4 apple slices dipped and dripped off in carmel !

The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !

Found this recipe on livestrong.com!

Plain Greek yogurt plus a (measured) scoop of whey protein powder (Whole Foods' 365-brand vanilla), plus a small handful frozen blueberries-- all blended together. Delish!! And nutrish...especially for those of us who do lots of strength training. ; )

blackberrys grandbaby and i picked mixed with strawberrys. Also had one dark dove chocolate. If i snack pm it will be fruit as it keeps me off the cookies.

wasa crackers suppose to be low gi as most crackers are def not. Can not find them
