I had almonds/ mini raw carrots, I try to eat 2-3 snacks a day plus 3 reasonable meals for a total of between 1350-1450 most days, so I have enough energy to exercise.

I had some ice cream and 2 small cookies at a church dinner I went too. I had to walk 2 miles each way to get 12- 16 0z. bottles of free water because of a apartment fire in the area,people O.K. 100 people homeless,some have no insurance. It was hard carrying the water home. I do not drive or have any friends in the area that can drive me. I guess I worked off my dinner considering I also spent 60 minutes at the gym today. A little tired. emoticon

Hard to define, as I've eaten 3 small meals, with one to go already.

I guess I'd say half a turkey sandwich (one slice low cal bread, 1oz turkey, let and tom) before the ball game. I avoided the chips (even baked) so that's a win.

Oh, also half a chocolate/iced cupcake. I ate the frosting and one bite of the cupcake and ditched the rest. Also a win, b/c those things were GOOD.
