Didn't pack any, but there are nuts and pumpkin seeds, granola bars, hummus and crackers in the pantry at home. I did the groceries yesterday so we're pretty well stocked!

I reduced the carbs and sugars in pre-made yogurt by using plain greek yogurt, adding my own Splenda then either some vanilla, blueberries, or rasberries. My favorite snack.

My morning snack is 1 svg of chips with 1/2 oz of cheese and 1/2 a red bell pepper. Afternoon snack is 1 svg of cheddar bunnies and two carrots. No pun intended on that one...

I find my snacks 'work' much better when I have some carbs, protein, and fat in each one.
