Today is my very first day and I'm hungry. Part of the problem is I don't have a lot of healthy snacks on-hand... but I figure I'll slowly transition, one thing at a time, and I'll get there. I had a "sugary" snack today, but did WAY better than I did before!

What are some good low-cal snacks to help me curb hunger?
