This morning: 8 baby carrots, 15 green grapes, half a plum, and a quarter of a white peach. And this evening I had a banana. It's been a lighter eating day today for sure.

1st goal: 10.4 pounds, 299 by July 2, 2014 (met June 25th)

I like all the great ideas. Very healthy. I usually have for a snack or a dessert: light nonfat yogurt, 1/2-3/4c frozen blueberries, 1pkt Stevia, 2scant T of lowfat granola. Stir and eat. Tastes so decadent.

I don't usually eat snacks. I eat enough calories at my meals to keep me satiated until the next meal time. On the rare occasion that I eat anything, like last night, I'll eat a piece of lunchmeat or cheese while I'm packing the hubby's lunch, but that is usually not because I'm hungry, moreso, just because it's there.

You'll never regret the workout you do, only the one you don't.

Thanks IceCub! I live vicariously through sugar free jello, its like a decadent snack substitute. I tried something last night, I was so in the mood for pizza. I took a Josephs Oat Bran Flax Pita, 60 cals, put some cooked broccoli, cut up some yellow grape tomatoes and sprinkled garlic powder, salt and pepper on it and a handful of fat free mozzarella, popped it in the broiler and it satisfied the I want pizza urge. I actually ate two for dinner. Crunchy and very filling.
