Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g

For a morning snack, I had 3/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese
Mid-afternoon snack was 1 c. baby carrots sprinkled with pepper
Late-afternoon, pre-Work Departure snack (I need to have a quick nibble around 2:45-3:00pm to keep myself from overeating at dinnertime)...is a clementine :)

I'm kind of into the real food too for the most part. I make my own milk kefir and yogurt out of local milk.Sometimes make my own cultured butter, kombucha, sour dough, water kefir, ginger bug.....into fermentation. Try to buy local and organic, but very expensive. Was trying to reply to justrealfood, but I guess I didn't manage to.

Had salsa with "chips" that I made by baking a healthy wrap and cutting it into triangles, with a little fat free cheese on the top. Watermelon. My big splurge is dessert, which is almost always a coffee cookies and cream ice cream cone. Might have 100 calorie pack of popcorn in a while. I snack a lot.

I don't do snacks much , maybe before bed but usually I eat my dinner really late , I'm trying to eat breakfast , usually about 10:30 which is a 2 egg and veggie omelet and a protein shake about 2-3 pm which is about 300 cal.+
