I just discovered No-Pudge Fudge brownies mix (found it at Trader Joe's). (They were featured in one of the SP food comparisons.) They are 120 cals per serving and it's not a skimpy serving. The zeroes on the nutrition information make you giddy - no fat or cholesteral - and it's still delicious. I love that there are only about six ingredients and there are all recognizable. You don't add oil or eggs, only non-fat vanilla yogurt AND you can make a single serving at a time.

portion control is the thing. Either a small amount of good chocolate, or if none around, a spoonful of jam. Just one.

I find I can't just break into a chocolate bar - I'll finish the entire thing! So I invested in the Dove small individually wrapped candies, and they're located on top of my cupboards which means I need a step stool to get them down. It really makes me think about if I want the chocolate or just something to munch on!

I often used chocolate to reward myself at the end of the day (along with a diet soda - lol). I too am learning that a miniature version of the full size version will often satisfy my chocolate craving. Committing to working on my team goal of drinking 8 glasses of water per day instead of diet soda is also helping me to beat the soda habit.

Quaker mini rice cakes with the chocolate drizzle on them, or Emerald Cocoa Almonds. Both come in 100 cal packs. Or Yoplait Delights chocolate/raspberry cups. They are smooth and creamy like pudding but are actually yogurt. Super yummy!

When I want a chocolate treat I have a Nonni's Decadence Biscotti. It's a chocolate almond cookie dipped in chocolate. One biscotti is 100 cal and 4 grams of fat. I have it w/a cup of coffee. It's my 'reasonable' treat for being good all week.

Either a vitamuffin in chocolate or a chocolate waffle. On Sunday's once a month I make (in bulk) chocolate banana belgian waffles and freeze the rest. I have 1/4 of the waffle whenever I have a chocolate urge, but limit myself to 2 per week.

When I want a chocolate snack, I just go ahead and eat a small square of high quality dark chocolate. I buy the expensive kind so I won't be tempted to eat it too often. If I eat small bites and very slowly, it completely satisfies my chocolate craving!

Just talked about this on another discussion.
I like Snickers Marathon Energy Bar - the Chewy Chocolate Peanut one is great for 210 calories. I like it because it does not have rice krispies in it. It has 13 grams protein. Sugar is a little high at 14 grams, but manageable. You could even eat a half one and save the other for another day.

Usually almonds. However, I found this decaf tea that is chocolate and hazelnut flavored. It is perfect for that. The aroma during brewing is absolutely wonderful and helps my cravings for chocolate subside.
Many dieters love 100-calorie snack packs, which allow them to easily control portions while enjoying their favorite foods. But just how healthy are these snacks?
