I just discovered No-Pudge Fudge brownies mix (found it at Trader Joe's). (They were featured in one of the SP food comparisons.) They are 120 cals per serving and it's not a skimpy serving. The zeroes on the nutrition information make you giddy - no fat or cholesteral - and it's still delicious. I love that there are only about six ingredients and there are all recognizable. You don't add oil or eggs, only non-fat vanilla yogurt AND you can make a single serving at a time.

Health first, vanity a very close second.

I find I can't just break into a chocolate bar - I'll finish the entire thing! So I invested in the Dove small individually wrapped candies, and they're located on top of my cupboards which means I need a step stool to get them down. It really makes me think about if I want the chocolate or just something to munch on!

I often used chocolate to reward myself at the end of the day (along with a diet soda - lol). I too am learning that a miniature version of the full size version will often satisfy my chocolate craving.
Committing to working on my team goal of drinking 8 glasses of water per day instead of diet soda is also helping me to beat the soda habit.

Quaker mini rice cakes with the chocolate drizzle on them, or Emerald Cocoa Almonds. Both come in 100 cal packs.
Or Yoplait Delights chocolate/raspberry cups. They are smooth and creamy like pudding but are actually yogurt. Super yummy!

When I want a chocolate treat I have a Nonni's Decadence Biscotti. It's a chocolate almond cookie dipped in chocolate. One biscotti is 100 cal and 4 grams of fat. I have it w/a cup of coffee. It's my 'reasonable' treat for being good all week.

Vitatop triple chocolate snack. I wait until they run a sale and then I buy some and freeze them. Go to www.vitatop.com I have also heard that some grocery stores sell them in the frozen food section.

When I want a chocolate snack, I just go ahead and eat a small square of high quality dark chocolate. I buy the expensive kind so I won't be tempted to eat it too often. If I eat small bites and very slowly, it completely satisfies my chocolate craving!

Just talked about this on another discussion.

I like Snickers Marathon Energy Bar - the Chewy Chocolate Peanut one is great for 210 calories. I like it because it does not have rice krispies in it. It has 13 grams protein. Sugar is a little high at 14 grams, but manageable. You could even eat a half one and save the other for another day.

People who talk about being bored - are boring.

There's a brighter day coming...

Special K chocolate cereal. Satisfies the crunch craving and has fiber and vitamins and calcium if you put a little milk on it...YUM!

Whatever it is you want, think about it.
Think and think and think.
And as surely as day follows night, that which you have thought about will be drawn into your life - be it answers, friendships, health, abundance, or love.

It's the law.

When I crave chocolate, I also crave peanut butter. Mini chocolate chips and peanut butter does the trick.

Also Vitatops Fudgy peanut butter VitaTop.

i dont crave chocolate but here are some ideas...

Yoplait chocolate mousse style yogurt.
diet hot cocoa
there are tons of light frozen fudge pops

i like to freeze chocolate milk and eat it like a frosty!! you can make your own with fat free/light syrup and your choice of milk..

a banana and a squeeze of choc. syrup
quacker has 90calorie choc. granola bars and other snacks

special k choc 90 calorie bars and bites

sugar free chocolate pudding
100calorie pack puddings
100calorie oreos..chips a-hoy

vitalicious vitatops..only 100calories
a small bowl of special k choc. cereal dry or with some milk

yogurt topped with some healthy choc. granola
smart ones desserts..weight watchers desserts..skinny cow

you can take a scoop of chocolate protein powder...almond breeze choc milk (or whatever you prefer) ice and fruit if you want and blend it all in a blender and then let freeze for a while and you have protein chocolate icecream!

Frozen Banana
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond breeze- choc. or reg.
5-6 ice cubes
tablespoon Better 'N Peanut Butter Chocolate
Mix freeze and eat:)

Usually almonds. However, I found this decaf tea that is chocolate and hazelnut flavored. It is perfect for that. The aroma during brewing is absolutely wonderful and helps my cravings for chocolate subside.
