I had a lean cuisine Panini chicken club with a hard boiled egg. I also had 1 cup of baby carrots with 1 tsp of veggie dip.
***Goals*** *Stay under 1200 calories and eat healthy choices *Exercise 6 times a week *Overcome cravings *Fix healthy sensible dinners and not eat out *Stay Strong *Drink lots and lots of water *I Can Do This!!!

Two bowls of raisin bran crunch with non fat milk. Kind of a lot of calories but I only had an apple for breakfast so I had lots of room!

I tried the angel hair with shrimp and spinach receipe, but had to make some variations. I used barilla plus thin speghetti, shrimp, and peas. It tasted pretty good.

left my lunch at home, so i got big mac with only cheese and pickles to save calories off all of that sauce

One medium tomatoe, 6 oz of Tyson Southwestern Chicken Breast and a packet of sugar for my green tea. I like the chicken (a little salty) with Tomatoes (and sometimes Avocado). it balances nicely.

JLM4285 - Am I reading that right...you've lost 130 pounds? WOW!!! Congratulations!! Yesterday I had these awesome salmon cakes with a side salad. Today I'll make Asian salad with mixed greens, tuna, rice vinegar and 1 tsp sesame oil.
