Well my wonderful oatmeal breakfast lasted way past lunch, resulting in my skipping lunch, which was probably a large error. So dinner became a what can I make fast, which generally is never nutritionally balanced. And true to form, it wasn't. Oh well, I will be more mindful next time. emoticon

Lunch today was a sliced turkey breast and cheese 6-inch subway sandwich on wheat bread. After eating half of it, I dumped the top half of the bread so I saved myself a few calories.

Not real nutritious I'm afraid. I had a Hebrew National low fat kosher beef hot dog on whole wheat bread. That was what my husband wanted and it really was safisfying and low calorie as I didn't feel the need to add any spread.
