I'm starting a whole 30 diet plan and am trying to take pictures eat day to stay on track. For lunch I had: chopped chicken breast, celery, green onion, lemon, dried cranberries, all on top of spinach. Dressing was red wine vinegar mixed with a bit of almond butter to give it an Asian flare. Super good! Oh and I'm drinking Slender Cider (apple cider) everyday.
