I made an omelet with three egg whites, one egg, some spinach, capers, lox, and a little whipped cream cheese. I had a low carb pita on the side. The whole meal was only 335 calories but it was incredibly filling and got me 35g of protein :)

Sauteed onions, garlic and zuccini with 1/4 cup fresh tomatoes and 1/4 cup crushed tomatoes, fresh basil and 4 chopped kalamata olive, served over a 4oz piece of flounder and 6 asparagus spears. All for less than 350 calories but a huge meal! With the tiny 1 1/2 0z red wine and a chocolate hazelnut pudding, the total was 488 calories! delish!
