Cucumber medallions and halved grape tomatoes with fresh ground pepper and rock salt. 2 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges, 8 crunchy cheesey rice crackers and 2.5 oz of honey baked salmon, served antipasto style. (320 cal) It was delightful!

I Chobani plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 C. pecans mixed in. It is nearly all protein, so it doesn't raise my blood sugar. I ate this at 1:00 and not a hint of hunger!
