Rotisserie chicken, steamed veggies and creamed spinach from Boston Market. I passed on the mashed potatoes and cornbread and made small portion sizes on my plate. Lunch was catered in to my office and I felt rude not having what they brought. However, I think I did pretty good.

2 hard-boiled eggs, lunch meat (turkey), 1 slice of provolone cheese, raw cauliflower w/ LF Ranch, 1/2 of a sugar cookie (~600 calories total)

That brings me to ~900 calories for the day. We're doing a grilled chicken, rice, and veggie stirfry for dinner, so I'll easily fall within the 1200-1500 calorie range for the day.

Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g

Dannon Greek Yogurt, Cut up Apple, Cut up Banana, 2 Slices of Aldi's Cinnamon Raisin swirl bread, 8 Tablespoons of All Whites made into two egg rounds and 20 grams of cheddar cheese grated. It makes the most satisfying lunch I ever have! Very filling as well!

I had to go out so no time for lunch. I had a 20% protein bar & a fiber bar that totalled around 425 calories, at least it is better to take something like that then snack on something like chocolate.

I've been so discombobulated, I don't even know which food items were lunch and which were snack or dinner over the last couple days. I think yesterday was coleslaw and potato wedges from KFC. Or maybe it was almonds and oatmeal.
