Today I had two baked tilapia fillets and a chopped Asian salad for under 300 calories. I used to stop at Taco Bell and get two bean burrito's and a beefy five layer burrito.... I looked it up over 1200 calories! I've come a long way to eating better.

Plan Ahead: It wasn't raining when Noah started building the Ark.

Leftovers... lol

Teppanyaki Chicken, scallops and shrimp with rice containing broccoli, zucchini peas and carrots. I have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow also.

I love buying one meal and being able to eat it for 2-3 meals.

Roasted pear with some Stilton and dried cranberries in the center over a bed of a ton of greens and three scallops. Totally felt like I was at a restaurant, but made it at home.
