I had a power breakfast, 1/3 cup steel cut oats, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1 tbs. organic peanut butter, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup almond milk all microwaved together for 360 cals!

Today a piece of light toast and fat free cheese. I generally have a lot of variety in my breakfasts. Today was weigh in day at WW so I didn't eat as much as usual!
