Today: Crispy red potatoes and 2 free-run organic eggs, tea with milk.

Tomorrow: Chia pudding--Chia seeds, home-made almond milk, chopped pear, some sort of nuts/seeds, and cinnamon.

Monday: Likely a green smoothie.

Over the past (sigh) year or so, I've gotten back into the nasty habit of stopping for a bagel and tea on the way to work every morning. Sometimes is fine, but every day is ridiculous. Today was my first day of getting back into the habit. I think Monday night I'm going to make a pot of oatmeal, to have the rest of the week. :)
