I had a KIND Bar; the Apricot-Almond variety. Our farm market sells them and they are an amazing, sweet-tasting, nutritious little thingy that is a marvelous substitute for a candy bar. Not, for the record, that I used to eat candy bars for breakfast. I'm just sayin'. :)

Yes - A 100 calorie multi-grain english muffin with 2 tbsp of Naturally More Peanut Butter and 1 tbsp of Smucker's Strawberry Spreadable Fruit, for a total of a little over 300 calories. I got this breakfast idea from one of my Sparkfriend's nutrition trackers. She has had great sucess, so I get meal ideas from her and others who have been successful.
