I have a couple questions regarding breakfast..

how many calories do you aim for? and how much protein?
Today I had 270 calories for breakfast and 22 grams of protein and 30 carbs

I had a piece of Silver Hills "The Big 16" bread (I was craving toast really bad) .5 tsp of light becel, half cup of plain greek yogurt, pureed strawberries and hemp hearts.

Should I eat bread for breakfast? I am not a huge bread fan.. I have gone over a year without it and not intentionally but this morning I wanted bread. I also know that 30 carbs was high for a small meal but I am off to clean a house and I felt like i wanted a boost in energy.. Should i trust my body? Or is this a carb addiction talking?
