I tend to eat throughout the morning at work since I get here so early and am not hungry right away. Typically I have a packet of oatmeal or grits shortly after I get here, then around 10-10:30 I may have a cup of yogurt. Sometimes I have a piece of fruit also.

So far today I've only had tea and a plum, but I'm about to make some oatmeal.
