I enjoy mixing my breakfast up. I usually eat most my carbs in the morning to be able to have the energy to work throughout the day. I eat chicken apple sausage, one egg with 3/4 cup egg whites, kashi blueberry waffles, and coffee and water. I also enjoy the jimmy dean turkey sausage breakfast bowl. Its very good for you with only 240 calories, 8g fat, 17 carbs, and 22 g protein. It fills me up until around 1 or 2 when I eat lunch.

I ate "breakfast" at two separate times. The first time was: a light strawberry banana yogurt and a banana, and the second was 1.5 cups of Life cereal and 1 cup of milk.

I take medication for hypothyroidism and cannot eat for on hour after taking it. So I usually eat a piece of fruit on the car ride in to work. This lets me work for about an hour and a half before I eat breakfast. I then usually eat some protein with vegetables.

Weight is the result of what you have been doing for the past week.

My favorite weekend breakfast treat - gluten free banana pancakes (bananas, eggs, pinch of baking powder) with sliced strawberries and blueberries from the farmer's market. Yum!

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.
