Yes, every day.
My usual breakfast: a toasted whole-grain sandwich thin topped with a slice of pepperjack cheese and an "omelette" made of 2 egg whites, one whole egg, and a few dashes of Louisiana hot sauce.

What I actually ate this morning (needed a change): 6oz plain fat-free greek yogurt with 1/2 tsp sugar and some vanilla mixed in, topped with a crumbled-up slice of my homemade apple bread (skin-on homemade applesauce, whole wheat flour, scant dark brown sugar, bunch of spices, plenty of walnuts for crunch, healthy fats, and protein).

Take life one day at a time - enjoy today before you worry about tomorrow.
