for over 30 years I have been skipping breakfast. Not anymore and its been a life changer - I had refrigerator Oats (Oats, greek yogurt, Unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, integral collagen, a drop of skinnygirl stevia - I put all of this in a Quart Mason Jar - shake and refrigerate overnight)..3/4-1 cup heated in microwave for 2 minutes - YUMMMY!
to drink - 8 oz. Brewed coffee, dash of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp coconut sugar, tbsp. fairlife 2% milk over ice cubes.
