Two organic eggs along with 6 tablespoons of egg whites scrambled with 1 tablespoon of Parmagiano-Reggiano cheese; 1/2 cup frozen blue berries; 2 ounces of sliced cucumber and 3 ounces of sliced carrots with 2 tablespoons of hummus.

A tall huge glass with my Vital Protein drink with 1 scoop of Vital Proteins collagen, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, some warm water to dissolve the proteins, mixed with 1 cup of orange juice and lots of crushed ice.

3/4 cup of Honey nut cheerios, a small banana and a cup of milk. I have the same thing most mornings but sometimes will have oatmeal/raisins/milk or an egg and slice of toast.
