I like your mini goals. That is what I am doing as well. My next mini goal checkpoint is 10 pounds which I hope I can do in the next 1-1.5 mos. Being realistic since my activity level is low due to RA.

I was not motivated to cook due to the heat this morning, CA having a heatwave, so had water and Kashi Sea Salt with Almonds and Chia bar 140 Calories and 5 Red Seedless Grapes.

Yeah, today I didn't skip it emoticon Had a very tasty one, it consisted from pan fried eggs with bacon and tomatoes, cheese sandwiches and salad from fresh tomatoes and cucumbers emoticon And for dessert I had a couple of my favourite chocolate sweets, also I tried for the first time nespresso coffee made only with such stuff https://cozzy.org/best-nespresso-machine/ , it was rather tasty emoticon I was so curious to taste this poplar type of coffee and finally I made it, however it wasn't so good as it was advertised emoticon

I broke-the-fast at 11:45 am. I enjoyed 2 soft eggs w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese (large curd) + 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Also a small bowl of tomato bisque soup.

Banana and almond butter
Or apple and peanut butter (natural)
Or eggs made a various ways
Or plain Greek yogurt with fruit, flaxseed and wheat germ
Or real oatmeal with dried fruit and cinnamon

I try to avoid starting out the day with carbs coming from baked goods because I've found that protein makes me feel fuller and lasts longer. My go to breakfast is eggs but I try to alternate egg days with the other choices. when I eat two eggs for breakfast I don't have a mid morning craving and can go until lunch without a snack.

A smoothie with 24 grams protein powder in it. I added fruit to it, I will not next time, too thick. I used soy milk. It is hard to get lots of protein at breakfast, I can not eat eggs or peanut butter. I need a higher protein diet, about 100 grams daily.

Linda. I live in Canada. My time zone is Pacific Standard Time,daylight savings time. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in my lung. I am starting the summer challenge July 1. I am on the Teddy Bears Team soon. I am 54 years old last January 12.

Working with Wt. Mgt. doctor, we discovered I have to have protein for breakfast. 2 eggs, spinach/other seasonal veg, 1T shredded cheese, green tea. That's my breakfast essentially everyday. I don't have a good day if I don't have breakfast.

I have always eaten breakfast every day. During the week, I usually have either fat-free cottage cheese sprinkled with wheat germ, or bran cereal with soymilk. On weekends, I indulge myself: scrambled egg-with-cheese sandwich on Dave's Killer Bread. I have coffee and fresh fruit EVERY day for breakfast: strawberries, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe, or blueberries -- whatever appeals to me during weekly grocery shopping.

organic cooked rice cereal,similar to oatmeal,1/2 cup soy milk, 1 banana, I have severe intolerance to many foods.

Linda. I live in Canada. My time zone is Pacific Standard Time,daylight savings time. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in my lung. I am starting the summer challenge July 1. I am on the Teddy Bears Team soon. I am 54 years old last January 12.

toasted everything bagel with lite cream cheese / 2 scoops lite cottage cheese / 2 hard boiled eggs,, 1 yolk / banana / coffee...

My breakfasts lately have been smoothies:

1/3c Oats, old fashioned
1 Scoop Choc Orgain
1 Tbsp Smucker's Natural PB
1/2 Banana
4 oz (give or take) Milk, whole (usually use unsweetened almond, but today we had whole cow's)

I also usually add a large handful of fresh spinach, but we are out. Rough morning! :)

All I had for breakfast was a slice of rosemary ham, spread a bit of whole grain dijon mustard on it, put a thick slice of Brie, 2 cornichons and then rolled up the ham. A no-carb sandwich. Gotta love that. It was really good and satisfying, too. But SparkPeople tells me the calorie count is too low. Sigh.
