I used a coffee mug,sprayed with non stick spray and add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk,cook in microwave 25 seconds with paper towel on top,stir & another 25 seconds. It makes like a egg patty to eat as is or to put on top of a english muffin. I add 1/4 cantaloupe,1 toast with margarine and 1/2 c. apple juice.

I did not know that it was referred to as a Scottish way. I just viewed it as I'm lactose intolerant so I skip the milk or the cream.

I make mine with 1 C water (bring to boil) with a pinch of salt
And add 1/4 C old fashioned oats + 1/4 C quick oats.
Stir until the consistency I like.
This is the traditionally Scottish way (no cream/milk)

I serve mine with either
A 1/2 C unsweetened apple sauce
A few (6-8) pecans chopped
A half ounce raisins or chopped dried apricots

a very old weight watchers recipe called snapply apple. 2 slices diet bread, grated, 1 apple grated, 1/2 cup egg sub, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar sub. Mix all together, pour on hot griddle sprayed with Pam. Turn when bubbly. May put diet margarine and sugar free syrup if wanted or eat plain. Yummy!

Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g

Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance!


2017 and I am back again... up and down the same 5 lbs, this time on the higher side of 200, depressing since I had stayed just under 200 for almost a year.
Slim is where I wanted to be in 201 & 2011! Never happened, plateaued for a long time and gave up... got off track, but never left, so am back on track again!!! Make 2012 my year! So far, did finally lose 25 lbs. over the summer, but have found about 11 of it so far, it didn't hide g
