portions are my weakness also.
i can be good all day and then when night comes, i start grazing. so i have been saving calories for evening, and having low fat and low sugar foods on hand for evening.

I like food. I would have to say though its breads. I was in the grocery store yesterday, and was so tempted in the bread and roll isles that the second trip around I avoided that isle altogher. I walked right by the baking counter and it didn't even fizz on me.
Point blank food....Thats why I am the way I am.... I love to eat.... Carbs are a pitfall for me.... I loovvveee breads escpecially sweet breads and pastas... Lasangna is a big weekness.... Pizza is huge no no for me cause I cant stop myself... and I love chinese food but make sure to stay away from the buffets....

portions chocolates telling myself or thinking i will do something such as working out or whatever and then i end up not doing it :( its not a weakness but a major bugger when my boyfriend and i go grocery shopping he gets pop and all of this other junk a good thing though he got rid of the deep fryer so that's one less temptation :)

PIZZA! Hence the reason I have no had any for 2 months and actually lost some weight! lol Once I start I cannot stop. I eat a whole frozen pizza in one sitting. It became a HUGE comfort food to me. if I had it right now, I'd be afraid of what would happen to my healthy eating.
Muffins also for me. I don't know if it's just the shape that is appealing, but any muffin is true sabotage!

Bread and butter....when we were little there wasn't much to eat, so we filled up on bread and butter. We got day old bread cheap from the bakery. So that's still what I turn to when I want something quick.

eating any kind of chips. I am trying to subsitute some of that with eating raw carrots,cucumbers, or a granola bar but it doesn't always work
