I just can't get motivated to exercise, morning or night. I just never had to before, so I am not used to it at all. Also I just find that between my job and my 8 and 2 year old boys, I am so drained and there is just not enogh time in my day to fit in anything extra. I always say that I'm going to exercise in the morning, but when morning comes I just lay there and try to absorb every minute of rest until I have to kick into "SuperWoman" mode. Did I mention I'm a single mother. Today I managed 15 minutes of stretching but that was it.

nope *hangs head in shame* I got up at 7 and took my daughter to school and then went to work didn't have a lunch break (for a change) finished at 430, and it is 630 here now and I have only just had my tea (dinner). I am in the UK, and it is very dark and cold, so I am not going out for a walk or anything now. My daughter has taken over the TV in the front room so no exersise dvd either (excuses Excuses I know). On the plus side tomorrow is saturday and if it stays dry I am taking my daughter to the park so we can play some soccer.

I am so impressed by all the exercisers on this thread. But it is baby steps for me, I am a long time non exerciser and seriously overweight. Today I was finally able to use my ski machine without holding onto the bar for dear life. I was actually able to use the grips that simulate the ski poles. I am so excited.

Did 45 min Step Aerobics, 15 minutes core.
I count home work too, so 1.5 hours of removal of outside Christmas lights. Arms are sore, especially trying to get lights off the large tree in the front yard.

Oh yeah, 35 mins divided between elliptical and stair stepper....weaning myself off of the elliptical and onto the stepper, then to the stair master (revolving stairs...ugh...been there, done it - it's hard).

@shimmer - isn't that good enough for one day ? anyways I did my strength exercises today... I really hate to work these things into my busy schedule, but I have to put them in there - otherwise no weight loss... apart from that, I need to use sparkpeople everyday - sometimes I just don't get around it so much.. but I really need to... a good thing is that I think Im eating healthier *s* it's all a process I guess*s*
