I'm focusing on getting a minimum 10 minutes of exercising ever day which can be difficult for someone who is an all or nothing kind of person. I either go to the gym & work out for 1-2 hours, or do nothing at all. Today, I knew I didn't have the luxury to make it to the gym for the ideal work out. Instead, I made a commitment to myself to do just 10 minutes at home. I was having so much fun that I made it to 11 minutes before I realized I had seconds for a conference call...

Re-Inventing myself regularly!
