I had an open faced sandwich: 1 piece of Dbl. fiber whole wheat, sliced turkey (3 oz), no fat cream cheese spread on that and smothered in home made salsa. An orange too.

2 apples, 3/4 cup of dole romaine salad, 1 tsp of creamy italian dressing. I needed something other than my Fat free ranch. so I just reduced how much I got, a turkey sandwich with the 45 calorie 100% whole grain bread, 1 tsp of Grey Podun Mustard and Reduced fat turkey, and a bottle of water. Not bad for me.
