Personally, mine is seeing the weight come off, feeling great doing harder workouts every week, and having fun counting calories. It sounds weird, but I love seeing what same foods I can still eat but make them healthier so they're lower in calories. Today I only had 1,210 calories but not on purpose!!! Just ordered food I loved but did some changes to make them healthier but still tasty. If you haven't tried the Cantina Bowls at Taco Bell, YOU MUST!! DELICIOUS!
