I have a ton of things to do before I get going in the morning - make lunches for the kids, clean up the kitchen from the post-sports snack the night before, flip the laundry, get caught up on emails and lacrosse business (manage a JrA team)....but a couple of weeks ago my 17 year old and I decided to get up 20 minutes earlier so we could exercise. He hits the treadmill and I do the stationary bike - jot's been a great way to start the morning!
