It don't matter what I do I wake at least 3 time in the night. Last night I go 7.5 hours sleep with breaks. This is the most for a long while

If I exercise, I usually sleep well. I'm having some pain in my shoulder so I woke up a couple times last night.

Bladder problems, I,m up at least 2 or 3 times, but fortunately I go back to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow.

Nothing tastes or feels as good as being fit and slim feel!

I buffet my body and make it my slave!

When I eat healthy I enjoy my food all day!

can't remember the last time I slept thru the night either...usually wake up once or twice a night, but most of the time fall back asleep within about 10 minutes

It may help to know this.

Over the last three weeks I have been going to bed 1 hour earlier and I have found that not drinking after 8:30 PM helps. I have slept for longer and on one night got 8 hours. Mostly it is between 6 and 71/2 hours where before it was around 4 to 5.

This may help someone

I use to when I was younger....for the past 5 years or so, it seems like I wake up multiple times during the night and I do tend to toss and turn a lot more than I used to.... emoticon

I can't remember the last time I have slept through the whole night. I have suffered from insomnia since I have been 15 years old, I would just lay awake and stare at the ceiling for hours and it usually lasted for 4 days at a time. I no longer have that type of insomnia, but I have trouble staying asleep, usually wake up about 3 to 4 times a night, but I am able to go back to sleep after about 20 minutes.

Just curious if anyone ever sleeps through the night and if so, do you have anything that you do to make you sleep all night?
