Ever since I committed myself to this process as a life style change, I don't get hung up over certain foods. I love chocolate and right now have a bowl of Christmas miniatures sitting in a sleigh on my coffee table but I haven't touched one. I look at the calories and decide I would rather use them for something else. However, if I want one, I will track it and enjoy it!
So if you want some, just track and go forward! Plus a little dark chocolate is so good for you!
