my first goal is to wake up without the snooze :) I plan to use saved minutes for some simple, spine-relaxing moves

I'd also wish to drink more water but I was never so much water-drinking person...

I think my first goal is to get the 8 glasses of water. I don't drink that much and already I am forcing myself to reach 6!
