Motivation is like a habit, it becomes. One can hope to continue forever. Some days will be perfect! Others not so much. It doesn't happen overnight. SparkPeople has helped me make it through exercising (almost) every day of this year. Of course, my weakness is overeating, not over exercising LOL.
I have a lot of things going on right now personally and professionally. But when I get overwhelmed and wonder the same thing as you (how long?), I remember what my Daddy used to say: You know how to eat an elephant, right? One bite at a time!
