You are certainly on the right track. Exercise has always been a problem for me. It has been more of an attitude then physical. Now that I am back to SP after too many years, I have learned how important it is even when you are not trying to lose weight. My DVD "Walking bootcamp" Leslie's will certainly come in handy today.
