I have been doing circuit training with friends from work. We do it twice a week in one of the conference rooms! LOL. We set up 6 stations with the following props:
1 - A chair for triceps dips/knee raises
2 - Swiss ball (crunches, squats, whatever)
3 - Mat (pushups or other mat exercise)
4 - Weights (3 lbs and 5lbs) any exercise that uses weights
5- Stepping stool / flex band (step ups, side steps, lunges)
6 - Nothing (jumping jacks, running in place)
We actually have a lot more exercise choices. We do two minutes at each station. We usually do 2 1/2 rounds.
Look up circuit training. You don't need many props and you can do it alone.
