At the beginning, I hated a 2 pound loss. Now, at 115, I'm lucky to see that in a month. :) But, I remember being VERY upset about it. They do keep adding up. They added up to 120 over 2 years and 210 total, so...you'll get there!

I lost 9.5 pounds this week with the %5 Fall Challenge 120 min of exercise a day. I'm dead of overexertion.

Oh boy here comes my butter lecture. I see people not happy about a one or two pound loss. I'm happy with ANY loss!! 2 pounds? That's EIGHT sticks of butter!! One pound?? FOUR sticks if butter!!! A quarter pound? You lost an entire stick of butter!!
Unhappy you "only" lost a quarter pound? Pick up a stick of butter. Hang it under your chin. On your upper arm. On your belly or hips or thighs. And realize that's what you lost!!
Think of it this way and it more than "just" a pound or two..or a fraction of a pound. It's a LOT!!!

Down 7 pounds but I have to be careful! Everytime I am successful for 2 weeks and lose this amount of weight I don't lose anything at my next weigh in, get very discouraged, and throw it all away gaining the weight I lost back and some!

That is great! I just stepped on the scale and lost one pound and I am going to look at it positively and say that it could be worse because I could have gained.
