I do see a pattern that says I need to eat more with the amount I have left over, but I added 250 more calories a day last week after gaining just under a pound and lost 3 pounds this week!
I ate shy of 1700 calories yesterday (my "usual" amount is about 1800-1900 per day now to offset my activity) and had this at end of day.
