I also don't consider it rule breaking. I'm working hard at making a healthy diet second nature to me, but that doesn't include having forbidden foods. And by "diet" I mean what I eat on a regular basis, not eating to lose weight.
That being said, my weakness has always been salty crunchy junk food (potato chips, cheesy crackers, cheese popcorn, etc). I would eat them in large quantities, then physically feel like total crap afterwards. Since those foods have zero nutritional value, I've chosen to eliminate them altogether to avoid a binge. Hence, my ticker.
