I planned to do 45 minutes on elliptical today (done), 60 minutes swimming (after lunch), and 30 minute dog walk (about to go). Came on here to track the rest of my planned food for the day and be sure I have eaten enough. Also already done four loads of wash and need to pack to leave back to work (I work each week in Memphis) and leave for airport at 5:45 p.m.
I need to get off Sparkpeople and get moving! LOL.
