Drink 2 glasses of water. Brush my teeth and then use mouthwash. It can be 7 and I will do this and then do it again before bedtime. I find I won't eat or drink too much after I use that mouthwash.

Eat proper nutrition and no excuses or passes until it comes off! Drink at least 8 glasses of water and get knee in shape by Pt and walking and biking! Log onto Spark 5x a week and ck teams! Making it happen!
