Drink 2 glasses of water. Brush my teeth and then use mouthwash. It can be 7 and I will do this and then do it again before bedtime. I find I won't eat or drink too much after I use that mouthwash.

Work on streak till I get o goal weight! At 162.5 and want to see 142.5 this year! Joined lose twenty by Christmas challenge!
Eat proper nutrition and no excuses or passes until it comes off! Drink at least 8 glasses of water and get knee in shape by Pt and walking and biking! Log onto Spark 5x a week and ck teams! Making it happen!

I try to save some calories so I can have popcorn at after dinner. Or I have fruit. I keep ice cream out of the house most of the time, but my husband loves ice cream bars. So I keep low cal Popsicles in the freezer with his Hagen Daz. I only indulge if I have saved the calories though.

I ty to allot enough calories to cover a late night snack if I want it. Then I go brush my teeth and go crawl into bed.

If I am hungry I will eat. I avoid mindless eating at night by keeping busy and staying out of the kitchen.

The journey is as important as the goal.

I try not to eat after dinner. I usually keep my hands busy sewing or on my kindle fire. To me it serves two purposes. One it keeps me busy so I'm not running to the cupboards looking for something and two it keeps me from sitting in front of the T.V. sleeping. Linda

Hi Kathy!

I find substituting bad snacks with good snacks helps! Instead of emoticon have emoticon or emoticon or something like that! I am a junk food junkie so not having them in the house helps and fruits are really sweet! Plus fruits have water in them so will fill you up faster than junk emoticon
