I've eaten my meals but its 11 oclock and hubby is eating his MandMs. I ate my 10 jelly belllies. I even ate 1 triscuit for the crunch. now Im still wanting to munch!

I eat lunch and dinner later. Dinner from 7-8 p.m. and have a snack 60 minutes before bedtime at 100 calories.

I drink lemon water or a diet coke, that seems to help, but there are time i eat way to much way to late. It's hard because when I get tired I want to eat.

save a fruit to eat at night or fallback to popcorn. But my general rule for myself is no food after 7pm and I find I do not even think about it.

Make sure you eat enough protein (not necessarily meat) and healthy fats (olive oil, almonds, etc.) EVERY DAY. In the evening, some people mix a homemade, lite (not heavy or fattening) protein "shake" made with a protein powder that contains CASEIN. Casein protein comes from milk, and it is slow-digesting. Your body can use the casein protein overnight to keep the body from metabolizing protein taken from your muscles. Whey is a faster-digesting protein. Casein is more of what some of us need for the 7 or 8 hours of overnight fasting until breakfast. Also, adding soluble (not "insoluble") FIBER helps you feel full. Several times every day, I use about a half teaspoon of ACACIA SENEGAL soluble fiber when I refill my bottle with (room temperature) drinking water. Fiber helps you feel full, and is good for other aspects of your digestion and blood sugar regulation. Acacia Senegal fiber also is a "pre-biotic" in the way it supports healthy digestion. Pre-biotics help probiotics (like yogurt, etc.) work better.

I don't do anything to avoid eating. If I'm hungry I eat. I've found that eating something fatty actually helps me to sleep better.

I either get on the treadmill, go out for a walk or do an exercise tape. If it's late enough, I shower and go to bed. You can't eat if your sleeping!

I read and IF I watch TV I do not watch the commercials :) If I still need to eat I will have a light/healthy snack and set a timer for 30 minutes. If I still feel like I need to eat after my snack I know it it my head playing games with me and drink water or tea.

Being I need to eat A snack at night because of medication I take I find myself wanting sweets instead of something healthy. I also use the night to just eat, "Oh, I'm just snacky" or "I didn't eat that much today, I can eat whatever"
