It is hard when you start this journey but it will get a little easy each week that you stick with it. The first thing is to say to yourself "I can do this" Think before you eat anything and don't buy the things that trigger over eating.
If it is hard to do something try to go for a walk and think things over in you mine.
Most important is that you have loads of support on here 24 /7.
