Many dietitians feel the same way. Knowing what to do and sticking with it when times are tough are two different things. Good for you for reaching out for support because many times that makes all the difference in the world. You may find some helpful tips in our College Living Lifestyle Center www.sparkpeople.com/resource/lifestyle_cen
ter_detail.asp?id=8
.

Getting connected with others in college for support and encouragement can also be very helpful. Here are some SparkTeams you can select to help you do that. www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_search_

I have recently gone through a break up and currently a college student... and now that summer is here my body is def showing that I have lost it lately.. I'm going to school for health promotions and people are usually asking me for advice, and I am usually the one to encourage them and help them out.. But secretly.. I need someone to be there for me.. I have some focusing to do on my nutrition and exercise, but lately all I can do is feel hopeless.. Please Help!
