What a work out!
I have been sedentary for a long time so getting up and just doing it today was a lot for me to do
Anyways, I am doing beginner's walk it out and started by warming up and then cool-down, so I am happy to say I got through it without stopping, there were times I just marched in place, but I DID IT
My hubby fixed us both a wonderful salad for supper and sirloin tips (no carbs!)
