The personal trainers at the gym I used to go to always said 5 small meals everyday, about 4-5 hours apart. There is some disagreement with this that is documented. I have a gym in my basement so I do not have access to personal trainers anymore, and what I do is try to eat 8 fruits and veggies a day, drink 64 oz of water during my 2 hour workout, and keep protein powder on hand. I will try to eat baked salmon or tuna 3 times a week, limited sweets. I am 66yrs old walk on treadmill 8 miles daily, strenght train, and am eat up with heart disease so this is more or less a must for me emoticon

i CAN And will do this in spite of any obstruction be it man or beast or, friend or foe vietnam12veteran@gmail.com

Anyone have any good ideas? I believe someone posted me and said I would have more energy based on diet, meaning not so tired if I eat normally-Not skip meals, eat a good breakfast.....
What else
Thanks in advance emoticon

Sue

P.S. I struggle with chronic fatigue, I haven't been diagnosed with this though.
