I'm looking for a small daily goal to add to my list of goals. I want to be healthy not just physically but mentally and emotionally.
My current goals, that I am reaching every single day so far are:
Drink 8+ cups of water
Sleep a minimum of 8 hours a night
Walk 4+ miles a day
Track all calories consumed
Does anyone have any ideas on another goal I can add to this list. I am trying to improve myself, trying to be a better and healthier woman, and I've done well with my current list of goals. Now I need to add something to it.
