Thanks for the tip! I drink whey protein, casein, take a multivitamin, L-Carnitine, Fish Oil, and CLA 1250 and it gives me an incredible amount of energy compared to before I started taking the supplements. And of course I do a lot of yoga and cardio to go along with it all.
