Ok, so I saw a couple posts below the same debate but I'm not looking to debate which is better, per say.
I want to know if my diet is ok with my results. Background info: I'm doing the ZCUT Power Cardio Routine and Bike Riding (sometimes both in the same day). I'm restricting my calories to 1534 a day.
My weigh in results were a gain of .4 lbs but my tape in results were a loss of .5 inches from my arms, thighs, and waist! (no change in my hips) I was wondering if my weigh in results could have been from gaining muscle? Especially since my tape in shows a decrease in size?
