Stress is so difficult! Is there anything you feel that you can control, such as simply drinking a few extra glasses of water, or taking stairs instead of the elevator? Sometimes being able to look back on your day and say "Well, at least I achieved this one thing!" makes it easier to move to the next step.
One small thing at a time, and all that.
