Here are the goals I will be working towards for the next 2 weeks:
1. Don't snack mindlessly in the eveing. I do this a lot of times when I get home from school and haven't eaten in 6+ hours. I will pack healthy snacks and drink water to improve this habit.
2. Exercise 10 minutes a day. I am a teacher and stay busy, but I am going to strive to hit that 10 minutes every day for 2 weeks.
3. Write in a journal. I have a composition notebook where I track (daily) my super foods, water drank, exercise, weight, and make notes at the end of the day.
