Good for you for thinking of quick fixes, I like that Idea! So often something comes up unexpected so maybe a few items in the glove box or trunk. Post your ideas when you can to motivate others also

Oh, cardio, twice a week (30 minutes) aerobics, 3 times as week (1 hour), strength training, twice a week (30 minutes), two days rest and relaxation!

First day was rough when emergency sidelined me. I ate most of my meals at fast food places. Ended up doubling my calorie intake. So thankfully am home and tracking much better meals. Am researching on quick fixes to take along in case I run into this again.
