I have started my journey 2 weeks ago. I'm 5'6 and have quite a lot to lose.
I have fit in at least 10 minutes of workout every day with strength training 2 times a week, and have been working hard on balancing my meals and I'm think I'm doing a pretty good job.
I chose to take the slow road down so I'm not starving myself, I eat 1800-2200 calories daily consistently (cutting back 300-700 calories a day) yet within 2 weeks my waist has gone down 3.5 inches, my hips 2.5 inches and my thigh 2 inches. I don't have a scale so I'm not sure how much weight I've lost, I just log whatever I'm supposed to have lost (about 6 pounds since these are my first 2 weeks).
The numbers are a bit startling to me, not that I'm not happy that I can fit into my old jeans but I'm just wondering if this rate is normal or if I'm doing my body harm losing this much this fast.
