Overtraining can also cause insomnia, so you may want to experiment with working out a little less.

Have you tried meditating? I have a couple I faved on youtube for deep sleep and usually about 1/2 way through them I'm dead to the world.

In addition, you may want to consider talking to your physician about this (it sounds like you have already, but it may be worth a follow-up). He or she may be able to refer you to another professional who can help.

Work really hard at the gym, but still do not sleep well. my husband has been gone 14 months and still cannot sleep through the night. Any suggestions? have tried melitonin, trazadone they just do not work.
