That's great. I have tried a pedometer, but it didn't work for me. Either it was too cheap and wasn't working right or I didn't wear it right. I have a "sitting" job so really have to work at moving around during the day.
For exercise today, I went to the gym and did 10 minutes of cardio on the eliptical to warm up and then did strength training, upper body, for 40 minutes then 5 minutes on the eliptical to cool down.
Very short walk with the dogs outside because it was SO cold (7 degrees - cold for here.)
