Of course you know there is no magic pill and now with a second child you also have a baby sitting challenge to contend with while trying to regain your former shape. First, set you mind to making healthy food choices. Second, exercise everyday - specifically walking is very good to tighten and tone your buttocks. Third, drink lots of water so that your body can flush away lactic acid and fat that are bi-products of exercise. Fourth, do some core strengthening exercises. Whether at the gym, with a home video, or a tv show - there is no substitute for a strong core to make the rest of your body stand up and listen! Fifth - perservere. It took at least nine months to get the results you are now unhappy with so give your body at least as long to respond to your new changes.
