I really like Eucerin. It's a hand cream (instead of a lotion) and it helps just go deeper into your hands. I especially use it at night (also, it's expensive, even at Walmart). If you can stand it, put on soft gloves afterward -- it helps, especially if they're cracking!!

Good luck!

I really like Aveeno hand cream because a) it lasts through several handwashings, b) it is scent free c) it works and d) it is not greasy. My husband swears by Prevex. Also, my dermatologist suggested to me that I use a thick cream on my hands and feet at night (I use Vaseline creamy in a white tub) but the secret to it is to don cotton gloves and socks. I do this nightly and the gloves and socks stay on while I read or watch the news.

That new Garnier 7day stuff is pretty ah-mazzzzing! I am pretty always pretty skeptical about advertising, but this stuff really works... Cheap too unlike Buts Bees stuff (although that stuff is freaking awesome...)...

I wash my hands at least 20 times a day and my hands are finally starting to look nice again!

Hands of Hope hand cream by Philosophy. It absorbs quickly and is very moisturizing.

I just saw this on Dr. Oz last week. He said the best thing for dry and age looking hands is:
Rub vegetable shortening from your pantry on your hands
Put gloves over shortning and sleep all night with them on.
Good luck!

My DH got me some Burt's Bees Hand Salve for Christmas and I am really finding it very effective. I put it on at night and find it does wonders. My husband has found O'Keeffe's Working Hands to be very effective for him.

Good lucking finding what works best to moisturize your hands.

We're well into winter and the weather and frequent hand Washings is taking a toll on my hands and fingernails. Any tips or tricks on getting them moisturized again would be great.
