I had oatmeal and berries with a tsp of chia seeds and 6 almonds. I was starving by 10am, I am going to try something else tomorrow morning. I hate that starving feeling. At 10 I had a yogurt and 5 mini carrots and it was enough.

Breakfast was the only meal that I feel 100% good about. My lunch was ok and had a vegetable in it but I didn't season it very well so I had a taste in my mouth that I needed to get out so I made a bad decision and chose to eat candy. I will work harder tomorrow!
