A cup of Kashi GoLean cereal with 100 calorie yogurt instead of milk, 2 boiled eggs and banana. I was right on target for breakfast calories. 38g protein, 84g carbs, 10g fat.

I sauteed some mushrooms, green and red pepper and onion in EVOO, then added Egg beaters and a little feta cheese. Kept me satisfied til lunch.
