YES! I woke up early and prepared some quaker oats with a little cinnamon and soy milk! Also had a serving of orange juice. The oatmeal is really helping me stay full! May have to incorporate this into every breakfast!

Half quinoa/half oatmeal blueberry style- in homemade fat free milk kefir. I use blueberry tea instead of water in making the oatmeal/kefir (I do 2 cups blueberry tea and 1/2 cup raw oats + 1/2 cup quinoa). So yummy! Topped with some nuts and a scoop of vegetable protein powder. Filling! Toss in splenda too.

I had a fat-free cranberry muffin, half of a banana, a cup of coffee with light coffee creamer and a big glass of water. I've been having that a lot this week, and it works well for me. I'm always up for good breakfast ideas, if anyone has them to share.
