I bought plastic containers perfect portions sizes make the recipes and freeze three eat one. I like to make tow or three recipes on a sunday afternoon and refrigerate a couple for the week and freeze the rest I write right on the container, it washes off after. hope I helped.

One suggestion may be to sort it then freeze it in your portion size.

I am a single person and am looking to use the SparkPeople preplanned menus. Some of the recipes serve 4 or 6. What am I supposed to do with the leftovers if it is not indicated that I should eat them again that week?
