Unfortunately, if you added in exercise, and then try to remove it, the points for that exercise will still remain (even though the exercise itself is gone).
I'm wondering if you might be adding exercise minutes from your Start page, under the "my Quick Track" section. If you add it here, you do not need to also add it on the fitness page, as that would double it up.

go to your sparkpoints page. click on the little calendar and move it to tomorrow...see if you have any points under the exercise tab. if so, go in and remove your exercise. then click the next day button..and do it till you cant go farther (next Saturday would be the last you could do)
