It is hard when you start out but try to stick with the tracker. Remember it is all about portion control

Made it, this time to my goal of 72K but reset it 70k to let me go up or down. I will be very happy to stay between the two.

my second day on this weight loose journey and I am really shocked that my so called healthy meals I have been eating has not been great at all. I am so scared to eat carbs although I still do but the pie charts said that I should be eating 50 percent carbs. any help on this would be great!
