LOL - I love Sundays! I'm not religious or anything, so I love using it as my day to get the week started off right. I do laundry, chores, batch cooking for a week of healthy meals...and I usually go for a long run or a long gym session. I love that feeling of seeing my first fitness record for the week, especially because it's usually my longest session (minutes) or my most effective one (calories).
When everything zeros out, I feel like I have a clean slate to start doing even better than the week before.
Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow but a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.
