I weigh more currently than my scales will measure! They go to 330 and I'm 350. So I'm limited to weighing in at doctors for now. I'd like to do weekly weigh ins, so more incentive to lose right? :)

Mainly weekly but I am seeing what happens by weighing daily for a week

so far it has stay the same for three days now. I will see at the end of the week

I do weekly. The reason for it is that I would always be monitoring it and I would get discouraged if I gained weight. It also helps me get in the mind set that I am not so focused on the weight but doing things to improve myself. emoticon emoticon

I make my weight in day on Friday but I do find that I check through out the week. I loved the post about no more scales - just going by how her clothes feel - might skip weigh in till 7/1/14 & then weigh in on the 1st each month........ emoticon
