There are alot of exercises one can do even with limitations. Just take it easy.

I have back issues, but I still run just not on pavement. Other than that it really doesn't affect any of my workouts.

I'm sorry to hear about your pain from the produce picking, but I'm also glad that you don't let your sacrum issue be your excuse to not do anything. Congratulations on your successes on the static bike. And yoga is such a good practice to be involved in.

Good luck reaching your goals.

Hi everyone

Just started on SparkCoach, so this is my task for Day 2.

Yes I have a rotated sacrum which means I can't twist my waist - I was doing well recently so had an hour in the garden picking produce - now I can hardly move without pain. Heyho, yet another lesson learnt.

Although I have limitations, I do what I can which is mostly yoga to support my back, and th static exercise bike - I'm up to 10mins now, which is amazing for me!!

My biggest problem is keeping motivated and not letting my poor health get me down so I turn to food for comfort

I can do this
