I'm a stay at home mom. So right now with the kids out of school, I literally get no alone time. Once they go back, I will have the days mostly to myself.

When I exercise I do, so thats every day. My husband works shift so those evenings he isn't around, I get alone time!

I CAN'T do this on my own, I fight this battle only with God's strength.

pretty rarely. i have a roommate who is on the exact.same.schedule. as i am, except sundays, when she sleeps late and i cut coupons (and cuddle witht he pups of course).

I get about an hour to myself daily not always at the same time. I always feel better though after I get that hour in of just taking care of me, whether it's exercising, sparking, or just getting some things done around the house.

Every morning. I have to or I lose it during the day!!! I wake up an hour before the rest of house, to eat, start sparking and go out for a run, then come home and ready to start the day!

too often, when the kids were little i would have done anything to get a minute to myself...now that they are mostly grown up, i realize alone time is over rated!!! i spend most of my alone time waiting on my husband or kids to get home or come to visit. :(((

Unfortunately, I spend most of my time alone. In all honesty, it is not all it is cracked up to be. I get lonely and depressed and eat way too much.

Long Term Goals: To fit in my size 10's and run in a 5k

Short Term Goals: To exercise at least 5x a week and lose 2 pounds a week

I seldom get time alone during the normal course of the day. However, I got time alone after the kids are in bed - after 9 pm.
